      Tatarstan is among the top five regions of the Russian Federation.

      Tatarstan holds one of the leading positions in Russia regarding the "Pushkin Card": the republic is in second place for card issuance. At the same time, the share of their reissuance in the region has reached 70% — higher than the national average (51%). However, 106 thousand young residents of the republic have not yet reissued their cards. In terms of ticket sales and event organization per thousand of the target audience, Tatarstan is among the top five regions of the Russian Federation.

      For two consecutive years, Tatarstan has confirmed its status as one of the most successful regions in the field of cultural education for youth. Following the results of 2024 and 2025, the republic became a laureate of the Ministry of Culture of Russia's "Pushkin Card" award — given for effective practices in engaging youth in cultural life, implementing new formats, and coordinated inter-agency work.
