Tatarstan has established itself among the leaders of the all-Russian project "Pushkin Card."
The Republic maintains high positions in the issuance of cards and ticket sales, and for two consecutive years has become a laureate of a prestigious federal award. Issues of implementing a popular youth initiative were discussed at a special meeting held at the Regional Government House by the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Leila Fazleeva. A detailed report on the interim results was presented by the head of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic, Irada Ayupova. During the meeting, it was noted that the region has reliably secured the second position in the national ranking for card issuance. The share of document reissuance in the region was 70% compared to the national average of 51%, although about 106,000 young men and women have not yet taken advantage of this opportunity. In addition, in terms of ticket acquisition intensity and the number of available events per thousand youth representatives, Tatarstan confidently ranks among the top five regions in the country. The leaders among state cultural venues were "Tatarkino" (15,970 tickets sold), the National Museum of Tatarstan (11,026), the K. Tinchurina Theater (8,834), the G. Tukay Philharmonic (7,937), and the F. Z. Yarullin Music College in Almetyevsk (2,846). In the municipal breakdown, the highest activity was shown by Naberezhnye Chelny (17,299), as well as Chistopol (10,501), Nizhnekamsk (10,302), Almetyevsk (8,250), and Tetyushi (8,006) districts. The high status of the region in cultural education issues is officially supported: following the results of 2024 and 2025, the territory was awarded a prize from the federal Ministry of Culture for the effective implementation of innovative formats and quality interagency coordination. The event concluded with a ceremony honoring the employees and organizations that made the greatest contribution to the development of the program.
