      The "Chelny-Khleb" company intends to construct a factory for the production of frozen bread. This became known from the speech of Ildar Nikiforov, chairman of the board of the Union of Bread Producers of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the off-site seminar "Bread Business," which took place in Kazan.

      In a conversation with representatives of the press, Nikiforov confirmed the company's plans. According to him, this concerns the construction of a large-scale production complex, and the issue is currently being worked out, including with the support of the republican authorities.

      The head of the "Union of Bread RT" emphasized that the production of frozen bread corresponds to current global trends in the industry. Among the advantages of this format, he noted the convenience of logistics and wide opportunities for expanding the geography of sales. The product has a long shelf life, and before sale, it is enough to bake it again at the point of sale. This technology allows for a gradual exploration of remote regions — up to the Far East. According to Nikiforov, many enterprises in the republic are already focusing on this direction and are striving to develop production in line with this trend.
