Tatarstan synchronizer Klenina won two gold medals at the World Championship.
The Tatarstan synchronizer, representing the FSO "Dynamo" RT, student of the "Pokrovskaya School" Alexandra Klenina won two gold medals at the World Championship as part of the junior national team of Russia – in the team free and acrobatic programs. "I congratulate the coaching staff, the entire team, and the head coach of the team Natalia Mendygalieva! What we have dreamed of for many years has come true: the Russian team performed at the international tournament with the Russian flag and anthem. A magnificent performance! This is a continuation of the victorious traditions laid down by the head coach of the Russian national team from 1998 to 2025, Tatiana Pokrovskaya. Both of our teams – the senior and junior – showed in Paris and Budapest that Russian synchronizers are of an entirely different class and level," noted the honored coach of the Russian Federation, advisor to the chairman of "Dynamo" RT, Olga Pavlova.
In addition, the Russian synchronized swimming team became the first in the overall and medal standings.
