      Today a meeting of the working group on attracting federal funds into the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan (RT) was held at one of the renovated employment centers, chaired by State Duma deputy Tatyana Larionova. The event was also attended by Olga Voronova, Deputy Secretary of the Tatarstan regional branch of United Russia and Deputy Chair of the State Council Committee on Social Policy; Klara Tazetdinova, Chair of the public council of the party project “My Career with United Russia” in the RT and Deputy Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the RT; and representatives of the republic’s ministries and agencies.

      The working group is engaged in attracting federal funds, including within the framework of implementing the national projects “Family” and “Older Generation,” as well as the provisions of the United Russia party’s people’s program.

      During the event, participants were introduced to the modernized “Rabota Rossii” personnel center and its activities.

      “We have already visited such centers in the Mendeleyevsky and Spassky districts, today in Kazan, and we see that all conditions have been created here. Residents can learn about available vacancies and training opportunities and communicate with employers,” Tatyana Larionova said.

      The head of the working group noted that issues of employment, decent wages and supplying the economy with highly qualified personnel are being addressed comprehensively at the state level.

      “These issues are reflected in the address of the Head of the RT, as well as in national projects, the party project ‘My Career with United Russia,’ and in the party’s people’s program,” Olga Voronova emphasized, adding that this year all employment centers have been reformatted under the national project “Personnel.”

      “Now they are called competence centers, and we are trying, following Moscow’s example, to create the same good conditions here for our employers and residents, for participants of the special military operation, for families; we are working to increase citizens’ awareness of the centers’ work so that they come here confident there will be work,” stressed the deputy of the State Council of the RT.

      “All 49 points of presence of the employment service specialists of the Republic of Tatarstan in all municipal formations have been brought into a unified corporate style,” Klara Tazetdinova reported.

      According to her, within the transformation of the employment service, the main criteria for employees’ work are profiling groups of the population looking for work and employers.

      For each of these categories, separate zones have been created within employment service premises — initial reception, individual work, digital services, and career counseling. Spaces for the comfortable stay of visitors with children have been provided. In addition, the centers are equipped with conference halls where employers can hold events.

      “We expect the results of the comprehensive modernization already in 2026, and one of the efficiency indicators is the growth in appeals to the employment service from both residents and employers. We expect that after the modernization, the job search period for the population will be reduced by 20–30%,” Klara Tazetdinova noted.
